MotoGP hits the USA in 'The Doctor, The Tornado, & The Kentucky Kid', a film by Mark Neale (director of 'Faster'), narrated by Ewan McGregor. The story follows the biggest motorcycle event in the U.S., the U.S. Grand Prix at Laguna Seca. 2005 was an exciting year at Laguna, with extraordinary real-life characters, lots of celebrities, state-of-the-art machinery and 50,000 screaming fans.
The documentary follows professional racers Valentino Rossi (The Doctor), his teammate Colin "The Tornado" Edwards, and Nicky Hayden, a young kid from Kentucky. Hayden ultimately takes a hard-fought victory in the race.
Special features include a virtual ride with Edwards, Hayden, Hopkins and Rossi during the most exciting laps of the race. 11 extra scenes include exclusive interviews and race highlights.
